1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the LUMYAO online store available at lumyao.pl and the conditions for concluding sales contracts.

2. Orders and Payments
The client assembles the order using a digital cart on the Vercel platform. The checkout and payment process is handled securely via the integrated PrestaShop system.
All prices listed in the store are gross prices in Polish Zloty (PLN). The store accepts secure electronic payments processed by licensed payment gateways.
3. Returns and Complaints
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the package. The right of return is excluded for opened cosmetics, dietary supplements, or used candles due to hygiene and health protection reasons. Complaints should be sent via e-mail.
