1. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
Any Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the delivery, without giving any reason.
⚠️ Important notice regarding LUMYAO products:
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of return does not apply to opened or tampered cosmetics, dietary supplements, and scented candles that have been lit or removed from their original protective seal after delivery. Only products in their pristine, original condition can be returned.
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Inform us of your intent to return by sending an e-mail to kontakt@lumyao.pl, specifying your order number.
- Secure the product and pack it safely (preferably in the original shipping box).
- Ship the package back to our warehouse address: [ENTER WAREHOUSE ADDRESS FOR RETURNS].
The cost of return shipping is covered by the Buyer.
3. Complaints & Damaged Items
We take utmost care to ensure our premium products reach you in perfect condition. However, if a product arrives broken or has a manufacturing defect, you have the full right to file a complaint.
Please submit complaints via e-mail (kontakt@lumyao.pl), including:
- Your order number and a description of the defect.
- Photographic evidence of the damage (essential for broken glass or items damaged during transit).
We review all complaints within 14 calendar days. Upon approval, we will send a replacement, repair the item, or issue a full refund.
